Eligibility: The PURELL® Healthy and Happy Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of GOJO Industries, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), Wyse Advertising, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings and their respective spouses) and members of the households of each such employee are not eligible. 2. How to Enter: Beginning 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 24, 2011 through 11:59 p.m. ET on February 25, 2012 (the "Entry Period"), visit www.purell.com, click on the Sweepstakes link and fill in all required fields on the entry form, including a valid email address, to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing, one (1) entry into that week's (as defined below) Weekly Prize drawing and one (1) entry into that day's (as defined below) Daily Prize drawing. To receive one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing, corresponding Weekly Prize drawing and corresponding Daily Prize drawing, click the share the Promotion via the Facebook® icon. To receive another additional entry into the Grand Prize drawing, corresponding Weekly Prize drawing and corresponding Daily Prize drawing, click the share the Promotion via the Twitter icon. Limit three (3) entries per person and per email address per day (one through each of the methods listed above). Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent Daily or Weekly Prize drawings, if any. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "week" is defined as the seven (7) day period beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET each Monday and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET each Sunday, with the exception of the last week, which will end at 11:59 p.m. ET on a Saturday. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 25, 2012. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor.

3. Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): A 5-day/4-night trip for four (4) to Orlando, Florida. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from the major airport in the 48 contiguous U.S. or DC nearest to Grand Prize winner's residence to Orlando, FL (airport and carrier to be determined by Sponsor), transfers to/from airport and hotel, quad occupancy hotel accommodations at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek for a 5-day/4-night stay, four (4) 1-day passes to SeaWorld Orlando, four (4) 1-day passes to Aquatica by SeaWorld, four (4) 1-day passes to winner's choice of an Orlando-area theme park and a $200 spa credit at the Blue Harmony Spa in Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $5,188. No substitutions, cash redemptions or transfer of prize except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should a featured prize become unavailable. 4. Random Drawings/Prize Notification: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 2, 2012. One (1) Weekly Prize winner and seven (7) Daily Prize winners will be selected on or about each Thursday following the end of each week (from November 3, 2011 through March 1, 2012), in separate random drawings from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during each corresponding day and corresponding week, as applicable. The random drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. Odds of winning a Daily Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received each day. Odds of winning a Weekly Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received each week. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received throughout the Entry Period. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters are final. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by e-mail.

5. General: The Grand Prize winner (or parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within seven (7) days of receipt of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected. Daily and Weekly Prize winners will be required to provide a valid mailing address within seven (7) days of e-mail notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Grand Prize winner and travel companions must travel together and must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID) prior to departure. Grand Prize winner's travel companions (or parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. If Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, one of winner's travel companions must be winner's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize trip must be taken within one year of date awarded, or prize will be forfeited. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Orlando, FL, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Entrants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness to be used for advertising and promotion purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to release Sponsor, and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, including without limitation its advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for loss or damage incurred with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. By accepting a prize, winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents, have made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties (if any) are provided solely by the manufacturers, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Ohio without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Summit County, Ohio.

6. Data Protection/Privacy Policy: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with the online Privacy Policy posted at www.purell.com/customer-support/privacy-policy.aspx and applicable data protection laws. The entrant agrees to the collection, processing, storage and use of his/her personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes. With an entrant's prior consent, the Sponsor may also use the information it collects in connection with this Sweepstakes to contact entrants with offers and information about PURELL and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's online Privacy Policy.

7. Winners List: For the names of the Daily and Weekly Prize winners, as they are confirmed, visit www.purell.com beginning November 17, 2011 through April 23, 2012 and for the name of the Grand Prize winner, visit www.purell.com beginning March 23, 2012 through April 23, 2012.
